Family information stays private
Jumble Jr. collects only what the program needs to deliver firewood, track sales, and keep young entrepreneurs safe.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, and login credentials for the parent or adult entrepreneur.
- Program details: phone number, home address, ZIP code, weekly package size, and whether a wood rack is needed.
- For youth accounts: the child's first name and age, provided by the parent or guardian.
- Order and earnings records, including customer name, contact details, and pickup or delivery preference.
What is never public
- Children's contact information, last names, and home addresses are never displayed to customers.
- The shop page shows only a public business name, ZIP code, available inventory, and fulfillment options.
- Parent account details are visible only to that parent and to the Jumble Firewood admin team.
Parental consent
A child cannot be enrolled without a parent or guardian creating the account, agreeing to the participation terms, and confirming supervision. Parents can review, correct, pause, or request deletion of their child's program information at any time.
We do not run advertising profiles on children, and we never sell family information.
How information is used
- To review applications and set up entrepreneur businesses.
- To schedule inventory deliveries and route customer orders to the right household.
- To calculate sales, earnings, and payouts shown in dashboards.
- To keep the program safe, including investigating reported concerns.
Payments
Jumble Jr. never stores credit card numbers. Orders are currently paid in person at pickup or delivery. If online payment is enabled later, payment details are handled directly by the payment provider.
Data retention and access
Records are kept while an entrepreneur is active in the program and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and safety purposes. Parents and adult entrepreneurs can request a copy or deletion of their information through the local Jumble Firewood team.
